Just like the block's insurance policy, Kommun can be invoiced annually, directly to the condominium. As the administrator, you simply sanction the payment on the owners' behalf, exactly as you already do for insurance. The software becomes a shared building expense, not a cost to your business.
That's just €12 a year per apartment and €6 a year per garage, shared among the owners like any other building expense.
