Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Kommun account or using the platform on behalf of a condominium, you agree to these terms. If you are using Kommun on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Kommun is a subscription SaaS for Maltese condominium management — contribution tracking, receipt generation, meetings, announcements and related administration. Kommun is provided by Promptly Solutions, Triq Forn il-Gir, Victoria, Gozo, VCT 2821, Malta.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for your credentials. Use a strong password and do not share accounts.
  • You must not access data belonging to blocks you are not authorised to manage.
  • Notify us immediately at info@promptly.mt of any suspected breach.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory or copyright-infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the platform.
  • Use Kommun to spam owners or send unsolicited marketing.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees and portfolio sizes are published on our pricing page. Kommun may revise prices with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you put into Kommun. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability and warranty

Kommun is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practical.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Maltese law, Kommun's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days before deletion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Malta.
