How it works

  1. You tell us about your block. The condominium name, and the name of the administrator or the company that runs it.
  2. We check and reach out. Someone on our team reviews every referral by hand, then sends the administrator a single introduction covering what Kommun does and how to try it.
  3. They decide. If they're interested, they can start a free 30-day trial or book a demo with us. If not, we leave them alone.

Does it cost me anything?
No. Referring your administrator is free and there's no obligation on you or on them.
Will my name be shared with the administrator?
No. We only say that an apartment owner from the condominium referred us. If you leave your name and email, they stay with us so we can follow up with you.
What happens after I submit?
A member of our team reviews the referral by hand, then sends the administrator one introductory message. If they're not interested, we don't contact them again.
How much does Kommun cost the condominium?
It's priced per apartment per month and is normally covered by the owners as part of the block's expenses. Administrators can also start with a free 30-day trial, no commitment and no card required.
